This breeders idea of a nearly
perfect Finnish Spitz!
After 20 years of breeding I have to say I am most
pleased with this dog, he is miles ahead of anything
I have seen so far.
Ch. Royaltouch's King Kovu
Kovu is out  Am/Eng. Ch Kunniakas
Kovu and our Ch. Jayenn's Hot Nickel
Holly .
Kovu finished his championship in
quick style.
Shown here at nine months and in
his nickers you can really see his lovely
conformation.  In this photo he had
taken BOW from the bred by class at
a heavley supported show during our
national.

Please scroll down
In this photo he is in his full coat at just twelve months
his first  BOB over top
specials.
Please notice the tight round
well arched feet, the small ears set
on high, the short back and
tail that is set just off the back and comes up to form
a "C".
In this photo Kovu is 14 months and finished his championship.
The one most outstanding
remark I get from judges in the know, is that this dog actually
has a front! No accident here,
it's what I've been breeding for for a long time.

I hope if you get a chance to be in the NW you will check out Kovu. If he is in your ring
please know that I am working really hard to keep him in control in your ring as he is
a total handful!
A real working  attitude, not a
soft bone in this stallion of dogs body!
Some judging tips
                                                          The neck is medium but
                                                              may appear shorter
                                                                    due to the rough
                                                                                                                            The tail when pulled
When moving the front                                                                                               behind the dog should
legs should not go past                                                                                             reach the top of the
the nose.                                                                                                                   hock. Short tails are                                                                                                                              a problem in the breed
                                                                                                                            in my opinion.
                                                                                                                          The tail in this drawing
                                                                                                                         could be tighter, it does
not form a "C". The tip
When checking the brisket                                                                              should point to the rear
you have to feel as the coat
        can give a wrong appearance.
        The brisket should reach the
        elbow.
